Abdellah Azizi is freelance Moroccan photographer and videographer with an unwavering passion for telling stories through images. Born and raised in Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco”, he grew up in the shadow of iconic film sets, where the interplay of light and shadow first sparked his imagination.
Guided by a love for cinema and inspired by the desert’s timeless beauty, Abdellah’s work captures the essence of Morocco: its landscapes, its people, and its untold stories. Driven by inspiration from legendary cinematographers like Roger Deakins and Emmanuel Lubezki, Abdellah’s work is grounded in serving narratives through meticulously crafted imagery. From the golden dunes of the Sahara and the rugged peaks of the Atlas Mountains to the vibrant streets of modern cities, his lens seeks to preserve the fleeting moments that connect us to the land and one another.
