You can generally access free WiFi in most cafes in the city. You go buy a coffee and sit around for a few hours. They generally are happy to let you hang out as long as you aren't taking up a seat during the lunch or dinner rush.

you can get wifi for free in most of the cafes, bars and restaurants.....just go to any place near where you are
