Hi all,
I've just set up my own startup here (I'm currently on DP), and I have a third party helping me with all legal and applications with MoM. I got my EP application rejected, and have submitted an appeal, and MOM has requested more information from me now.
Can I please get your tips on the below?
A letter justifying why the company needs this candidate, e.g. special skills set that cannot be found locally.
Anyone in the same situation?

Getting an EP to work in your own company is almost impossible now. (The loophole has been closed due to abuse.) Apply for an EntrePass instead, which is the visa type intended for such cases!
