Why mom rejected.. Mom said. "they were not able to disclose why his application was rejected, however they did mention that he is not aligible to work in singapore despite the company's wp quota".. Why.. Bcause im 'clean'.. How can i do it?

Apparently, you are not "clean" in MoM's view.
You could contact MoM and try to find out the reason - but there is no guarantee they will disclose it.
Alternatively, look for a job in another country.
