Work Permit

Hey everyone.

Im a White South African male and my fiancee is Latvian and Im desperatly trying to find work in Riga.
I need to obtain a work permit before getting an offer from a company.This way I can travel to Latvia and beable to offer to companies a work permit in hand.
Please if anyone has some advice for me, please let me know.

Im studying Program Management/Project Management.If anyone out there knows of any company taking on traniees for this line of work please let me know.
