I need to find out that there is a small outstanding amount to settle to Saudi Arabia British Bank 10 years ago and worried whether I would be arrested if I land in Jeddah.
Can you please advise.

Considering the losses banks in Saudi are suffering due the thieves running off without paying debts, there's a reasonable chance your name is on a list of people they want to catch.

Did you get visa ???
If you got visa that means your name is not blocked or banned to enter saudi .. that means there is no case against you
