I am from India.Currently staying in Singapore with permanent job since 1 year on Work Permit.
Recently got job offer from Slovakia IT company and received job contract.
I want apply Temporary residence for the purpose of employment,please clarify below points.
1) Which document need in Slovak language to submit in embassy.
2) Application Form is slovak language, How can I fill this form?
3) kindly suggest if any authorized Consultant available in Singapore or India or Slovakia.

how can I get confirmation of accommodation before approval of Visa because don't know when visa will get approve and start date of accommodation agreement, any solution ? do I need mention start data of agreement after three months?
