Generally, nowadays it takes upto 6 months for family reunification. And based on the nature of the file and the volume of investigations that the foreign office needs to make on the application.

Please help me out.... I applied for family re-unification visa since 1st of March 2018 through vfs Lagos... When I tried to make enquiry about the visa status, I was told that my documents is perfect for family re-unification but my application was put under humanitarian category and not family reunion by vfs Lagos. Please what can I do????
