I want to ask if all ncb quickpay branches can change my atm due to expiration? because my quickpay branch is close this holiday season, seeking for your advice.

I don't think so.
ATM change or re-issuance should be done through NCB branches not through quickpay
Quickpay is just for money transfer only.
