Hi Cynic. Thanks for the response. Been to their website but no info when they will send the mail.

According to IND, I will receive letter from them but it is been weeks of waiting.

Just want to know from those who already receive notifications.

Quite true, but at the bottom of the page is the contact information for DUO where you can contact them yourself and ask.
