Dear expats,

Have you gone throw changing your study permesso to permesso di attesa occupazione? how long does it take to do the conversion? my current permesso will expire in December, and so when should I start changing the study permit to the job seeking one? also, can I be at home in my country with the permesso di attesa occupazione and be able to be back to Italy after six months?
