Visa is in progress to visa getting rejected

Hi there,

Anyone ever had such instance where in lmra site legal status has been changed from "Employment visa is in progress " to "visa not approved". Mostly what are the scenarios when such a thing happens and what the visa aspirant suppose to do??

Yes, it happens. It means that the visa has been rejected.

There could be any number of scenarios for that and it is immaterial what those are (could range from security rejection to no quota to violation on CR or even indeed, incomplete application or unclear docs). However, it is important to note that the visa applicant cannot do anything. Everything must be done by your employer or sponsor and they need to follow up with LMRA/immigration.
