I dont have basic salary 400 BHD. But my wife has already valid Dependent visa untill April 2019..We have a new born baby now.I want to make Visa for baby.Will Lmra approve the dependent visa for baby?

It is a new visa and a new personal number being applied for, after the change. So in all probability, no.
But you don't have a choice. Apply anyway and see what happens - sometimes exceptions can be made, especially since it's a child born in Bahrain and mother is already sponsored.
