You posted earlier on the forum worried about your visa status and now you are worried about photo? just try and be happy for a change that you got it 
It will not show photo till you are enrolled i.e. you come to Bahrain and at the airport, they will take fingerprints, photo and signature as well as give you appointment for medical. Once that is done, your photo will start showing.
