Ecuador's President Moreno and Colombia's President Santos have just signed an agreement that provides free emergency health care to cross-border travelers going between the two countries.
The pact covers Expats and other residents of either country who have obtained a national ID or cédula.
The two presidentes were meeting last week in Pereira, Colombia, with their cabinets on the health care agreement .. and other cross-border issues such as drug trafficking and the influex of refugees from Venezuela.

In my case, my wife is Colombian, we travel back and forth constantly. This helps for a worry free time in either country.
Just a quick observation: Colombian President's name is SANTOS .... not Maduro as mentioned in the message.
