My name is Judy waweru and am from Kenya. I applied for my visit visa but was rejected on security grounds.do I need to get a Cid clearance from dubai to reapply.

I have no idea that visit visa need CID clearance... But one thing is for sure... (IF) you plan to work in UAE you will be required to submit Good Conduct Certificate.
