I will be in CM in late February. I'm looking for a two-story, two-bedroom house to rent, ideally in a mooban, pets allowed, and not too far from the Old City. Budget is about B12,000/mo.

Just starting to get my feelers out there. I'll be visiting in person very soon anyway.
