Hi,
i start writing my thesis in march 2011 at a company close to chiang mai. I like to find a nice place to stay but its not easy to find a cheap house. good houses start at around 10k THB. So i had the idea to found a community to get a better place and to have a higher budget for it. So, if someone interested...

..so i already stay in a house now. the entire rent is 9000 baht and not far from cnx. about 6 km to tapea gate. i guess 70sqm/ 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, kitchen living room etc. i stay there with my gf but its perfect to share with more people. if u are around 20-40 years, interested and full of life- write on this board and we will see further
