Iqama problem

hello,
I am an Indian working in an engineering & consulting company in dammam. my family is also here. my iqama expired on May 6 2017, & not yet renewed  by my sponsor. when the iqama expired my sponsor told he will change me to a new company & will renew it, but is not yet renewed as on today December 18 2017. now we are in an emergency to go to India & told the sponsor about it, he told his labour office is blocked, he needs to pay the money in order open the system. he is saying it will be done within 2 days & one week passed already but still now no proceedings. myself & my family is in an emergency to go to India now. what should i do in this situation, anyone please guide me urgently, please
