Hi, by selling my home in the UK, will I be taxed on that money when I move it over to Gran Canaria to purchase another property, I already have an apartment that I have paid for and this additional money would be put into another apartment to rent out as income because I am retired and will not be expecting to work ,

Hi, thanks for the suggestion but the reports appear to be rather old and something more up to date would be better to understand because as we all know Spanish law is alway changing ,I was hoping someone on the forum would have some personal more recent experiences?Give it time and maybe there will be some help in this matter.
