Since the hurricanes I am beginning to get inquiries for rental by fema workers and a traveler. Airbnb has dropped commission fees too. We do not have electricity yet. This will be one way for people to generate income.

I read about some folks still making some money with their AirB&B business in the island. As long as tenants understand the limitations it should be ok.
So, exactly how do you get a FEMA renter?
Inquiries come via airbnb. The inquiries have been for longer periods of time. Like two weeks versus 2 days. I would try classificados online and craigslist but I do not have electricity yet.
Am I correct in assuming your property is listed on Airbnb, Mark? Have you rented to FEMA workers?
