Hello Amigos,
My husband and I are coming to Ecuador on Christmas and will be in Cuenca (sans jet lag) on the 26th. The following day we want to get started meeting ex pats and locals. My first question is where is a nice cheap hotel that is quiet in Cuenca that you recommend? We are tired and scared of living in the US right now and want a change.

Just need a decent, inexpensive hotel in Cuenca where we plan to move next year. We fell in love with Ecuador (2011) and we are really hoping to move there. We get there Dec 26 and hope I can book a decent hotel. Thank you so very much!
