Hello all.
I am not very techy so be patient with me!
We are retired couple who have lived full time in Cozumel for 6 years. We are considering coastal area in Panama to relocate. We are on average budget with social security and would like a long term rent once we check out areas.
I know what it costs to live in Cozumel but am researching same for there. Rent, utilities, food.
Any input would be appreciated!

It's less than a year old and nothing much has changed since the last report. I know others who live on much less. I know others who live on a lot more too.
