Anyone can help me how to retrieve my application number in resident permit because i tried many times and i register but it didnt finish yet because of bugging of net ..i tried many times ... i hope you can help me i really appreciate it.

Hi Maki,
Once you start the process, the application number is immediately sent to the email address that you had used to register your information.
Your inbox will have a confirmation email with the application number.
If you are unable to find it, then you may want to start a new application.

I tried many times but ithe system didnt allow me to make new applicatiion... thank you for information... i hope theres another way for retrieving..

I received the application number in my email. I log in to the site with it to continue with the application and when I enter my marital status and country of birth and hit Continue, I get an error message. This has been happening for the last month or more! Can't proceed. How are people supposed to complete and submit an application??? The error message looks like this....

"
