Let me see, you want to carry out a religious duty for a religion that forbids stealing, but you're asking if the money you took without repaying will get you arrested.
Perhaps, given your intent to pray, you should do something about the things that will (for Muslims) deny you a place with Allah.
The trip is pointless unless you clear your sin.
That might not be an answer to your question about getting away with taking the cash, but it does point out prayer is useless for a thief so your intention is a waste of time until you sort out your issues.
