How to start a proprietership business in Sri Lanka by expat?

My name is Abhishek. I am from India. Currently I am working in Sri lanka with one a manufacturing company. I want to start my own proprietership business involving importing and trading of some products in sri lanka. I want to know what are the visa requirements to start the business and how to register a proprietership firm by expat in srilanka
