Hi, i am currently under the visa of my employer, but they filed case against me , can i apply for other company visa if i have a case in the police station?
Possibility to apply visa if having police case

Your current employer must cancel your existing visa or else a new company cannot apply.

If they did and new company will apply for my visa, my police case will not appear upon applying the visa? One more thing, you can go out and back of bahrain if u have police case?

If the employer has reported to LMRA/NHRA then there is a possibility they could come to know about it.
