Check out premier van lines. I moved from CA to PR and they packed and unpacked.  They sent someone to the house to give us a quote. 196 cubic feet was about 2695.00. Not sure what your rate might be though. Also, your mover should provide you your rights and responsibilities as required by federal law. I saw on their site they do moves to PR. Best of luck!

I used  La Rosa Del Monte and moved from NY to Anasco in July 2016, they were great no problems, price was the cheapest out of all the others I checked, the team was great we moved big stuff and over 50 med boxes.
