hi,
My visa is cancelled last month. Iam in grace period . 10 days more to finish 1 month after cancellation.
I have offer letter from another company. but they will take 1 month (20-25 days)to process visa. can I stay back with this offer letter. What is the procedure for this.
Anyone can help me regarding this

I believe you will have to exit the country since your grace period will expire during the process. Read through the below mentioned link which should give you more info
