You should book into a hotel; it'll be a lot cheaper than renting a fully furnished apartment - of course this will depend on the type of hotel you choose. A cheap but comfortable hotel may cost appr. $13 a night. You will find plenty of useful info and reviews on Tripadvisor; do a research on those within the region you'll be visiting.
