Hi everybody,
I heard that in order to register a used (not new) Luxemburgish car in Bulgaria, you need to pass inspection at the KAT, and to provide all documents (ownership certificate, CoC, Technical Inspection etc.).
Do someone know if there are special technical requirements for the car itself?
I mean that I have my windows teinted, Xenon lights and some extras on it...
I don't want to go at the KAT ten times so it will be nice to know on which particularities I must carefully pay attention.

One thing I know is that your blinkers have to be yellow (I know in the US we have all different colored blinkers). Other than that, not sure.
