i already have loan from SHB can i get another loan from SHB if not than from any other bank with out salary transfer my salary in going to SHB because of the first loan

As per SAMA regulations, your loan payment per month can't exceed 33% of your monthly salary. If you are already paying this much money as loan payment, no bank can offer further loan to you.
If you have paid 20% of the loan, you can request a top up from SHB. They can present to you a plan in accordance with SAMA regulations.
