Hello all,

Work permit B was refused and employer has appealed against the administrative decision.

How long does it take to go through the appeal.

Has anyone gone through the appeal process?

The employer took care of the process and it took 4 months to get it resolved.

I've been worried that they might reject the appeal too, so it's good to know that yours was not.
