I have never heard of it, but who knows ..........
Contact either Nordea, Den Danske Bank or Jyske Bank. They'll know.

Yes, Nordea will give you a USD account.
Another hint. If you transfer $ to Denmark. Transfer the amount in dollars and let your danish bank do the conversion to DKK. It's generally cheaper that way. You don't need a USD account at Nordea to do this.
