There is a KRA office in Nyeri, if that is any help. Its not busy - not sure why you would need an agent.

You need a tax agent to apply for company pin ....

PIN is applied for directly online and previous to that, at KRA. I just went to Times Towers for mine, admittedly a few years ago. You don't need an agent. It would be a waste of money.
