Hi all,
We are looking to move to Sweden and would like some help choosing the right area 
Our requirements are as follows;
I am an Interior designer and will be looking to work for a creative/interior design company
We would like to be close to the ski/snowboard resorts if possible with out isolating ourselves so much that our commute to work each day is too big
We love anything to do with the outdoors and would like to have the option to easily access these activities - somewhere close to the mountains and maybe not too far from the sea?
We would require good travel connections so that we can get back to the UK, within reasonable time and a good cost.
Close to a town / city, be nice to be somewhere with markets,somewhere creative!
Any advice would be great and if you have any experience of moving to Sweden - then be great to hear from you.

FYI Any ski resorts would be in western Sverige. Heard it helps a lot if your fluent in Svenska when one os a foreigner trying to find a job there. Employers have plenty of English speakers to choose from already. Hope you like cold väder. Lycka till.

Well spotted - yes we are deciding between the two places as we think France and Sweden will give us all the things we would like.
So we are utilising expat.com to help get the best advice for the two areas.
We are not looking to move straight away as we want to make sure the place we pick will be suitable for a long term stay.
