I don't know any Welsh speakers personally but when I've been out MTB'ing, I've seen a Welsh flag flying on a house in Nagykovacsi. I think it was in Rackoczi utca about 1/2 way up on the right hand side going towards the bus station. Unfortunately Street View doesn't go out that far.
