Hello Everyone
I recently opened a bank current account in riyadh bank and surprisingly they asked me to deposit 2250/Sr to open an account.now that i opened the account with that money i cannot withdraw any amount under 2250/SR they are saying its a new policy's.please can anyone tell me about this ????

they don't have the right to do that. talk to the branch manager..

In my net banking it is showing like this
Available Balance : 0000xx
Booked Balance : 0000xx
Blocked Balance : 0000xx
is this normal why did they do like this so i can never completely take out all cash ?
