Hi,

I was living in China for a long time and recently moved to Tanzania, i want to open a small business to import some products from China but I have some questions:

1 - Do i need a local partner?
2 - What are the advantages and disadvantages of having a local partner?
3 - Will I be able to own 51% of the company?
4 - Is there a minimum investment required for each of us?
5 - How the tax system works in both cases (with a partner or without)
