I will relocate to Hai phong from Dubai very soon. Does anyone know some good places/forums to meet expat people in Hai phong.

Hai Phong? Night life?? 
They roll up the streets at midnight in Hanoi; though a few years ago closing time was 10pm, so that's an improvement. Expect the same in HP....
