How can I refund my Payment to MOI thru SAMBA credit card. They have a refund option on their phone banking but it always says that "sorry your request cant be completed at this time". I want to ask whats the problem?

I paid through SADAD and when I cancelled it went back to my card automatically.
So if you cancel it will go back to the card that was used to pay it.

I will cancel it in MOI? Or thru my bank? I do not have bank account in samba only credit card so i do not have a SADAD refund option on my SAMBA online banking.
