It's hard to survive with 6,500 aed, however, it's not impossible! you'll spend almost half of the amount on rent at an average place in Sharjah .. and I assume that you won't be having a car .. so taxis might be a bit expensive in the beginning .. it's hard for a fresh graduate to find a job, but in any case .. the salary will not be very attractive
