We are in the process of deciding where to move in Hong Kong. I really am interested in minimum 2 bedroom property, we currently have over 4000 sq. ft. home and downsizing is going to be a shock to my system. Can anyone tell me areas to look into? Also looking for a property that is close to tennis courts and a gym.

Good questions but do you want to live in the city or farther away? In the city near a park/tennis courts will cost more and the flats will be on average 700 to 900 square feet. JW.
