I have applied loan in SABB (Riyadh Main branch) unfortunately they have not replied me from past 15 days. I inquired for the cause but no one is responding to me. Can any one help me in this regard

What kind of help you need from the forum ?? I guess the best thing is to go to the bank and talk to the concerned executive and get it resolvied. Good Luck

There is a reason of course - but the only solution, as saimans says, is to go to the bank. Sometimes, people who handles your application - will not even bother updating you (so, most likely, its not approved) 
But --- reasons could range from technicality, or some insufficient documents...so, just follow it up with them - and check.
