My opinion is its hard to make money there. I invested too much.
If you open a bank account and have a pesos savings account you can get 20 percent interest a year. The peso may devalue but its the best way to make money there

I have a friend running a bar in Palermo Soho, he's doing very well now, at the beggining he had some issues and it was hard.
i guess you have to think like the locals to have some succes in the business....good luck !!
