I think that it would be a great idea if you can contact the embassy directly, here is their website : http://www.finland.org.in/public/defaul … ture=en-US , they are more apt to inform you about the required procedures.
Why did you choose Finland as your work destination? What kind of job are you looking for please?

For USA is not possible because USA canceled all Indian visa and I'm electrical engineer I want job in electrical engineering I choose Finland because is beautiful
