* Register to job portals (Example: http://www.europelanguagejobs.com/candidates/index.php)
* Join some linkedin groups for IT jobs in Brussels
* Talk to your friends in your circle who are in IT industry and let them keep a watch for any openings in their knowledge vicinity, for a job that matches your skill-set.
With English only, MNCs are the only potential hiring organizations. For local jobs, local language (pretty good conversational) skills are a must.
I dont know if this is very helpful info.. still, its my 2 cents !, and its Friday !
