Hi everyone,
I live in London now. However, I saw that my local supermarket have many things from Poland. One of them is the buttermilk.
I have read and understood how it is made. However, I'm not sure if it is healthy or not to drink.
In Poland, is it more popular than the 'normal' milk?

Not sure if it's more popular than normal milk here, but it's very popular. The locals consider it healthy too. I find it gross
