The suggested area's are pretty safe. I actually live is rasruman which borders hoora and gudabiya. I face no problems watsoever in my daily activities.

You are getting worried unnecessarily despite getting assurances that its fairly safe to live in Bahrain. You asked the same question in an earlier thread just last week : https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=334795
No one can give you a guarantee that there will be no tear gas or problems any where in the world, not just Bahrain. No one can give you a guarantee of the "safest area to live".
Just know that there are over a million people living in Bahrain, of which about 30% are expatriates. We all are getting about our lives fairly well.
Its best that you come to Bahrain and see for yourself. Then you may be better placed to decide.
