Hi.
I'm after some advice please.
Foe the past few years i have been sponsored by a company in Banff to work over the summer. Sadly they have decided that applying for and obtianing a LMO is too time consuming for them as they are a small company and do not have the resources. My question- is there a way i can apply for the LMO, or ask them to make the initial application and me then chase up on a regular basis? i have considered using a Lawyer but the job is only for 6 months each year and a lawyer would charge way too much i think.
Any help, or other suggestions are most welcome.

I'm sure you've figured out since, but it's short for Labour Market Opinion, a document an employer must request before sponsoring a work permit.
